Mine is the same but I have a dog so taking him out is part of it and making a cup of coffee to take with me to work. I eat breakfast at work while I’m reading emails. I either bring a microwaveable breakfast sandwich or have instant oatmeal. I’m not a morning person and have to start work earlier than is natural for me so I couldn’t imagine adding anything to it bracket that would mean getting up even earlier.

I would love to get a dog, but my struggle with routine terrifies me that I would be able to properly take care of it. I’m in an apartment too which makes things a little trickier
I've developed a lot more consistent routines as I've gotten older. I also have a dog, so that helps build in the routine. We go on a long walk every morning around 6:30am, grab a latte on our way home from a local shop, heat up some breakfast (boiled eggs and toast or something I've meal prepped), and get ready for the work day. If it's a WFH day, I'll take some extra time to stretch and do a little weight routine. If I'm in office, I'm normally too short on time for that.

Mine is different every day. We are a results based office so some days I’m up working at 8am, and other days I’m working at 10am and go to the gym first. Depends on my mood!
I envy people with a conscience morning routine. Every time I try to commit to setting up a routine, I give up after a few days or maybe a couple of weeks. But I just wing my mornings.

I used to be like that, but now I have found something I enjoy doing (the gym and swimming) I really look forward to waking up early and starting the day in a productive way!
I'm very lucky to be a morning person. I usually get a workout in and a big breakfast before I start work. I find that having a relaxed, enjoyable morning sets me up for having a great day. If I feel rushed in the morning, then I end up feeling rushed all day long.

I totally agree, being able to get organised in the morning just sets the day up so nicely

Haha, I get that! Mornings can be so rushed. My favorite routine is grabbing a quick coffee and doing a few stretches to wake up but some days it’s just roll out of bed and go too!
