I need some expert advice. I have 40k in 401k and 40k cash in savings account. I moved all 401k to a very low return safe portfolio in July and basically I haven't done anything with the cash as well.

Starting to feel like I am missing out on returns and now is the time to put everything back into the market. Does anyone know reliable financial advisors that will do it for me and also account for the independence related restrictions.

Originally from Italy, I've been out to anyone at my former jobs in Europe without ever worrying about the reactions of my coworkers. Now I'm Asia and just started a new job, but one of my colleagues (also an expat) made a very weird statement about gay people having more chances of developing cancers (?!?!?), so I feel a bit skeptical about talking about my private life... The problem is that anybody else seems to be so welcoming and open-minded, except for this one guy. Any advices?

I feel like I’m not femme or butch and I’d be more butch personality wise in a relationship but definitely more of a futch / soft butch physically? Getting a better handle on this might make me better able to find the right folks for me, dating wise... I know some people are super strict about their “type”
