Has anyone ever worked remotely outside of the country for an extended period of time? I have family outside of the country that I would really like to spend some time with without sacrificing my job. Any advice?

My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.

FORM50 fitness? Anyone familiar with them? Looks kind of like power Pilates. They only have a New York (Astoria) studio and a Miami studio.
