When I am viewing apartments, am I supposed to have those common documented printed (bank statements, pay stubs, etc)? Or if I am interested I can just send over email as attachment?

Most places want them emailed. When I was looking I had a draft of an email with the relevant docs attached saved that I could forward from my phone if I liked a place at the viewing.

Got it. Thanks. That’s my plan because I’m a lazy person with no printer.

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Thoughts on making the shift?

I’ve been running into weird happenings at my new firm learn of everything “I misunderstood” about my package. I don’t actually qualify for quarterly bonuses at a pro-rated billing rate; no 401ks till year 2; and the biggest—we don’t qualify for a raise unless we are here during the entire fiscal year. We have a 2100 billable req which I’m barely hitting. We also get paid below 6 figures. I learned that the new associates came is at least $10k over us. I graduated 2020–but 1st firm job. Advice?
