I see the shift too and I’m not really sure if it is a good representation or just what we are seeing more of. Kind of like the louder something is the more prevalent it seems, whether or not that is actually the case. Times change, and I’m really not sure what is considered the golden ticket now!

That’s a great point actually! Sometimes, the loudest trends feel more widespread than they actually are. And I agree that the definition of a golden ticket seems to be constantly evolving. It'll be interesting to see where things go.
Well I know for my company. The brick and mortar concept isn’t going away any time soon and I think most consumers still enjoy coming into an office and having the human experience. I think eventually the influencers will become over saturated.

That makes sense! There’s definitely still value in face-to-face interactions. From my own experience, it’s frustrating to navigate endless voice prompts just to finally speak to a real person after 20 minutes...
I think it’s shifted to tech in terms of the corporate world. I don’t think comparing to creators/influencers makes sense, it’s like saying actors or singers earn more.
