Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???
Please help asap.

Devoting 12 hrs a day may have them shining bright now but is a sure path to burnout. More hours also isn't necessarily better work - focus on your own achievements and shining within your working bounds
You are already shining. Your job is to make them shine so bright that your leadership is blinding. Apply the same rules to your management as you do to your mothering. It’s your job to make them SHINE. That’s a great manager, & a great mother. Their shine is a reflection of you & your directive. That’s what makes you a great manager, and a great mother. Chip up, love. Show your directors why your team shines. This is your golden ticket.
Or maybe it is not time to shine, as you have much more in your plate. Being mom does take away time, but bring other skills. Although these skills may not compete directly with exess time other folks put in, but however.
This! I think it is hard to be everything yo everyone and maybe you can just do your job and get validation from your little one.
What about hybrid? If they are not offering remote. Also how long have you been with the company? I would leverage trying to maintain being a mom as well as working. You can also pitch it since most men are able to put in those long hours. I had to leave healthcare for this very reason. Once my work life balance came back by navigating to the client side. All other areas came together. Set up a 1:1 with your supervisor. Good luck 🍀
