I currently work as a Learning Coordinator in the Learning & Development department at a local bank in southern Massachusetts. My pay is currently around $52k/year. I have been with this company for 5 years. I’m just wondering this is an average salary for a Learning Coordinator in L&D? Sometimes I feel that I am not compensated enough for the work that I put in. Any thoughts/comments are super appreciated.

Got broken up with by my bf of 1 yr. He said he felt like something was missing from our relationship but couldn’t (or wouldn’t) say what. I know I should just focus on moving on but I can’t help but fixate on this. We had similar goals, values, lifestyles and were pretty compatible. We got along great and the physical chemistry was still there. So what could be missing????

Accenture ) - 15.5 fixed + 4.2 variable+ 3.1L JB
While filling CTC sheet for Deloitte USI , its asking ECTC
What should i do?
1. Write offer in hand and ask to match ?
2. Without writing - demand 18.5 fixed and mention about offer during HR discussion.
Is ut possible they will not call for HR discussion on looking at my expectations?

At EY is I was reimbursed for a stationary bike 2 years ago. Would EY reimburse me for a road bike this coming year? There's a stipulation that says every 5 years but I'm not sure if that means for another stationary bike or if I can get a road bike and be reimbursed.

A little about my work- the first time in the tech industry, we are located at wework, so there is not a lot to do as an office manager. I'm mostly doing the operation for our north American employees like gifting/events/platform implantation/IT etc.
