There's no right answer - if you don't mind what you do, you could keep going at your job and take advantage of those benefits. If you don't like what you do, but do want to keep working and receiving benefits, look at lower stress, easier, possibly more fun work options that will give you benefits.
I'm currently part time at my corporate job (with all benefits) and building up my own company with the rest of my time. I had put in notice to leave completely, but they asked me to stay on for pay and benefits I was happy with for work I enjoyed doing. If it has been a bad deal, I would have walked away. I'm not anywhere near ready to fire, but I have gotten to a place where I feel like I can take the risk of starting my own company.

Just take a random job that is flexible and gives you those same benefits.
