I'm having 2 questions

Do kyndryl offer wfh.
Like 60 percent wfh and 40 percent from office .

Also how is the hike give for band 8.

Sapient has offered 33.5 as CTC which includes 5% variable , work experience is 7.5 years at SA L2 level . Is this the good offer as per sapient range ?

I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

PS. I am not happy with growth prospects in the current project in Walmart.

I want to negotiate with IBM and Wipro & join any of these two.

Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work. I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback.
