What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. Thoughts on giving less than 2 weeks notice?

I’m quite frustrated and ready to start new job ASAP. I’ve been at current job for nearly 3 years and anyone who might be potential reference for future jobs (old bosses) has already left the company. I have good relationships here otherwise too.
1.5 week notice will work out with my upcoming travel plans and personal life as well, but concerned about if agencies really put you on “do not rehire” list?
