Which company is better for Clinical Data Manager growth in same role, IQVIA or Accenture?

Lately I was a Product Manager with a startup.. 2 months back I lost my job because the company is closed.

Now my past company CTO is asking me to join his current company as Product Analyst again it's a 4 year old company.

From a PM to a PA role will this affect me in my career.
