If you are salaried, you should be getting paid for those day. I know we do and we are off for the whole week.
Yes, if you are salaried, you should get paid for holidays and days you don't work.
Salaried employee are entitled to full pay for pay period during holiday season , wether or not they choose to engage the employee in active responsibilities or not.
If it's work no pay policy and it is not a holiday then I don't think you will be paid. Check it with your manager or HR. You can also take a look at your company policy.

Yes you will get paid as you are salaried.
Many organizations “shut down” for the week of Christmas and have employees use vacation days. As far as I know, this is legal in Ontario. You may also have the alternative of taking the days as unpaid.
