So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

If a recruiter submits you for a specific role but you end up with another role through another channel at that firm, does the recruiter have claim to a % of pay?

Please help! I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? Any good startups to consider? Anyone have any insight or advice?

URGENT: Can anyone refer me for an entry-level software engineer/ Trainee Software engineer role (Java preferred)? I need a job on an urgent basis as my current organization has asked me to put down my papers due to changed business requirements (read layoffs) and has given me 30 days to find a new job. And I would really appreciate you guys if you can provide me with any help in this situation.
