I have recently joined new organisation where my offer is 18fixed + 1.8variable.

I was having CTC of 8lpa in my previous organisation.

How could be the tax calculation for this year? How the tax is computed with 2 different CTC's? In which tax slab I would come under as per old regime?

I have joined in Oct with new organisation. Till Sept I was with old organization.

I've heard that some GCs and more senior counsel inhouse are complete asses to outside counsel but really nice and supportive to inhouse counsel. has anyone else heard of this dynamic? Are all the asses to outside counsel also mean in house?

I gave a technical interview at Nagarro 2 weeks back and it went well. I have not heard from them since, not even a rejection mail. Tried calling the HR PoC and they did not answer. Why am I being ghosted? Does this mean I am rejected?

If someone was hired in first half of 2021 in Nagarro, was anyone offered with compensation structure that had variable component listed explicitly? I was hired in Sept 2021, and was not having any variable component. So, will I be getting 5% variable at any stage in coming months considering all new hires do have variable component?

   I attempted the interview for naggro. I cleared the written test and two technical discussions. In the HR round, HR told me that we also interviewing other candidates for this position who is the best fit they will receive the offer letter. My doubt is if they feel I am not completely fit for this position why they took the interview?
