When I started my company, it was an extremely chaotic year. My wife had just given birth to our first baby, I had been laid off from the tech industry, and we were in the midst of a global recession. We were barely making ends meet, but I figured if I didn't take a risk now, I never would. My company has been operating successfully for over 15 years, with a team of 26 employees. If I had to give any new founders some advice, it would be to stop pushing off the future. Start now, start where you're at, refine along the way. You'll never be "ready," just start.

Very similar experience. Start with clients and go hard. Throw yourself into it.
I still remember the first app I built and how exciting it was to see the downloads grow, just complete adrenaline! I think my biggest advice to people just starting out in their entrepreneurial journey, I'd have to say don't wait around for people to believe in your project. You have to be your own best cheerleader, because nobody will do that for you!
This is true! I once heard an entrepreneur say their biggest customers and supporters were strangers and not family or friends, who they automatically assumed who would support them, but unfortunately often doubted them.
You definitely have to be your biggest cheerleader and believer, because no one is gonna see your vision the way you do.
Just start and you will figure things out along the way! It’s a grind but definitely worth it!

I remember that first day feeling so, so nervous and leaving so, so happy.
I have been at this game for over 10 years, build a lean startup that will be revenue generating from day 1. And build marketing engines that automate them and keep it lean. We have saas business that is on autopilot now that pumps out money every month through subscriptions
Love failing big and learning small. Hate going home and ending your days. Never be angry at people trying and failing but don't put students where teachers need to be.
