Who’s working away from home remotely? What’s your setup?

I was under the assumption that Nagarro is offering permanent work from home opportunity. During HR discussion when I asked about it, the HR said it is specific to projects and if the client is fine with your wfh you can take it. What's the scenario guys?

I'm waiting for an offer letter from another company, am currently on bench and based out of bangalore. Had following questions:

1) will Deloitte usi provide early release or ask me to complete full 2 months of notice period?
2) my new company will be in bangalore, can i still ask for relocation amount considering in Deloitte it was wfh?

Hi I got IBM offer and Bangalore location but I would like to work from Chennai. They have not given any joining bonus and relocation also reimbursement till 25k only provided. Can I ask them for full wfh ?
