There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

How much time Mindtree take to release offer letter? I am waiting from last 2 weeks or more. On their candidate portal it is showing Shortlisted, however no offer letter . I have called the HR 2-3 times in past 5 days, however HR doesnt pick up my calls.
Below is the email i received from Mindtree, a week ago.
We would like to inform you that you have been selected in final interview with Mindtree. We are currently in process of taking your candidature for further processing.

Bhai..think twice and thrice before making a decision.
Because it's not a standard company anymore
I joined and left in 1 year so I would definitely tell my experience.
1. For the project I was hired went on hold so I had to be on the bench for months.
2. Not a single call for a project during that time. Worst workforce management.
3. Then received a call from HR to resign. It's very frustrating because I didn't even get a single project interview.
4. Luckily I ran through some managers and found one project and took the resignation back.
5. Then after 3 months I got to know that the project is ending as there is no further billing.
6. I had already started looking outside and had an offer so I resigned and left.
7. During that time some of my colleagues were also asked to resign. After his LWD, I saw the opening for the same position.
In short -
1. High bench with strict bench policy
2. Worst workforce management
3. Mostly short term projects so high probability of getting on bench

Delayed appraisal and very low to zero/ negligible hike
I joined ltimindtree on july 2022 and did not received hike from last 2 years, for first uear of appraisal they have guven 0 % hike even after key contributer rating. and this year all employees waiting for approval since july.
I did not faced any difficulty in getting project though, i was mapped to project since joining and worked in same project for 1 year. After that i was moved to bench and again got new project within a month.
