Sleep earlier on weekdays. Meditate. Sleep more in general.
I have a similar situation. Pre Covid, I never struggled to wake up early at 5:30am and get a workout in before work. Now I struggle to even wake up at 6:30am to get to work. I think it’s a mix of mental discipline and getting back into the habit and also I dislike my job much more now lol
I do the exact same thing, hopefully you get some answers lol
Same boat here. Talked to my therapist about it who helped me realize that I looked forward to making the most of my weekend, so it was easy to wake up, but also that I was unmotivated and genuinely disinterested in my work, so waking up to start working was 100x harder. Helped me realize how truly unhappy I was/am with my current job.
I was thinkin about just take melatonin if I’m not goin out but that might be it too sheesh
My routine is up at 5:30, gym by 6am, bed by 9:45 pm. Works wondere
I don't think anyone wakes up with a desire to be at work lol but the weekends have an err of freedom so maybe your body subconsciously looks at
