I felt that to the max, the simplest of jobs are hard to get and it feels like the only way to get a job now is through connections, through friends and family who have already worked there, thats difficult when you want to start a path of your own and not follow in other footsteps and have a job be accepting for you and just not the good word somebody put in for you. It’s a slow process and sometimes researching different paths is easier than being stuck looking at the same one. Hope this helps!
I've applied to almost 200 jobs in the past month… what does that say?
Best tip, might sound crazy but truly align yourself. then pray. God will give you what you need, might not be what you want but it’s what we need at the moment. could be a so called bad job , but pray first and just go. you gotta really believe not fake it cause god knows. - a witness

Even if folks aren’t religious, being positive, manifesting and speaking it into existence does work! It shifts your mindset and behavior unconsciously to work toward what you’re manifesting
I truly believe that all these companies post jobs to coddle the shareholders into believing that they’re actually growing. so many job postings out there and nobody gets a job It’s all a farce.

Agreed! I told myself that some of these have to be fake. How is it possible that the companies are ALWAYS hiring? That’s a red flag in and of itself, besides the dishonest misrepresentation of growth to shareholders
I mean let’s be realistic I’m in the restaurant business and 95% of the people I work with in the kitchen are illegal so you kind of have a point there. It is absolutely NOT easy when businesses do this bc they know that these people will work for less wages won’t complain about it bc they can’t or they will be deported. On the other end the don’t have to report these employees either I’ve seen it with my own eyes for a lot of years so let’s not be ignorant in thinking this is some outrageous accusation when it’s actually on the money true. So with that being said you have to just keep applying . Go back over your resume tweak it there may be something you missed and keep pushing on and don’t settle! Find a job that knows your worth and vice versa bc I’ll tell you although I’m thankful for being employed it sucks thelife out of me everyday bc my worth is not valued they won’t feel it til I’m gone . I have a job and trying to find one is just as hard for me. Keep up the hard work keep pushing forward it’ll happen for you!
What?? we all don’t know somebody to get our pockets lined
Same here I've applied to so many jobs, had interviews, and never heard back
Because it's an employer's market right now
i feel you, bro! u got this !! im in the same boat hang in there

This is literally everyone 😩. I honestly thought it would have recovered by now. The economy is also becoming more tech focused, so I believe that will make it worse. I just hope that we can all brace ourselves or somehow pivot before any major shifts
I honestly believe that many companies leave job openings online as if they were actually hiring just satisfy the shareholders and there is no actual job available
I’ve decided just to do the footwork and look for small companies that might actually be hiring bigger companies. I think it’s all BS to please the shareholders.
Where do live? I live in Memphis TN and we have so many jobs here. Hobby lobby and TJ max, marshals etc are always hiring around here.
Good luck on finding something soon.
That's really good to hear back as most don't bother.
