Why WFO rule for admin in ZS are we different from ZS Hybrid policy after hearing the recent WFO news I am feeling depressed and low . Past few days i have been struggling with sadness lack of motivation .i care about my work and i truly want to give my best in work but right now i am finding it hard to cope with this change mentally . I got an offer from Mastercard Pune . I hold 3 years of experience. My previous compensation was 11.25 and 10 percent variable. Below is the offer breakup . Is it fine or I should accept more.
