Yes most likely they’re made in the same factory in Doha, Bangladesh or Thailand or China, and the reject quality ones are purchased by Shein.
This is quite common even for other brands like Polo Ralph Lauren, Anthropologie, etc

Sometimes dealing with judges in Cook County feels like being back in school and dealing with bullies. I’ve grown a tough skin and a mouth that respectfully calls it out (when possible). I know it’s part of the deal. But, I’m so tired of it!
