I’ve been rethinking budgets too. Paid podcast ads seem like a solid move, especially for niche audiences. I’m also leaning into influencer collaborations on smaller platforms and experimenting with interactive ads on streaming services. Retargeting is always a win, but diversifying channels feels key right now.

I don’t know that social media marketing is going anywhere. Most of those big brands that left twitter returned to advertising with them this year. If the audience is there marketers will buy ad space no matter how toxic things get

Yea I can’t blame you for that thought. I’m hoping there’s a shift, especially as those platforms become more obsolete.
I've got concerns about the direction of social media, but I don't know that we'll be making any major changes just yet. But it has occurred to me that what we're doing at the end of this year could be very different than how things have been up to now. It's just a matter of seeing how things develop and whether the numbers stay the same or really start to decline. I'm not sure what to expect.

I’m right there with you. I have some thoughts about where things will go but there’s really no telling with how these social media oligarchs are taking their platforms.
In-person events. Experiential. Promotions. OOH doesn’t seem to give as much of a return as in years past. New experiences and word-of-mouth events and pop-ups are starting to seem like some of the only potential routes left, once you start subtracting social.
