What was your bonus % this year?
The attrition rate in Infosys for last 3 quarters roughly accounts to 75% (20+27+28). With nearly 3/4 of the company moving out in last 9 months, the Infy management have never seemed to have learnt a lesson from it.
Still no compensation revision given for employees who have been associated for long term (Say 4+ years)
Folks - Is there any compensation revision planned in the near future... considering the after effects of q1 fy23 attrition rise ?

Admittedly this was a long time ago, but in 2003 when I relocated from Tampa to New York for Accenture I asked for a salary review. There was one person at my Job title at the time Who made less than I did in all of New York City, so they deemed that I did not need a salary adjustment. If one thinks about that for just a second that it is extremely likely that I was nowhere near the bottom of the salary table in Tampa and that arguably I should not be at the bottom in New York City. Accenture HR did not see it that way.
Not sure they’re considered different tiers despite COL differences. You’d need to follow procedure to move regions, since your headcount moves. May require getting permission from local leadership to move. I don’t think they generally adjust salary for employee driven moves.

Hi- I recently transferred to a different city/region. DM me if you’d like.

In 2017 when I relocated, the policy was that if YOU request the transfer, there would be no salary adjustment. If ACCENTURE requested the transfer, they would consider it. That was a written policy, and you should be able to find it in the portal.
To make the transfer happen, work with your TFS. They will have all the connections to get the necessary approvals from your geography and practice leads. My TFS got the decision finalized in about 2 weeks. Definitely start there.
