I agree with all of these statements and DGAF.

I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

We aren't. I'm not proud of that obviously, but it's the truth. The only thing we could do that would make a real difference is increasing pay across the board, and that's unfortunately not my call to make.

I appreciate the honesty. I think naming the gap matters, even when it feels uncomfortable. I have seen that silence does more damage than transparency. Employees usually know the limits, but they want realism, not spin.

No many companies do nowadays i find it quite rare that they do, mine openly don’t but i guarantee if i went and had a sit down chat with them should i need to, they’re so nice and caring enough I really do think they’d help me out the best they can.
