Why are there roles out there specifically for change management? Isn’t this something program managers always owned? Where does one draw the boundaries? It makes me question whether hiring change management analysts are really necessary but I see so many “change management” roles in consulting

Need some clarifications about offer letter acceptance. What if you accept offer but at last did not join because you got another offer at last moment.? Do companies take any action on this ?

Guys I am getting 18lpa+2 Jb ....but I am thinking of taking fidelity offer for 23.5 and grade 5.

I am choosing fidelity because IBM is having bond of 2 yrs for 2 lakh joining bonus...and hike is very less in IBM.

Girlfriend of 3 years cheated on me right before we were supposed to leave the state and move in together. We broke up about 4 months ago. I couldn’t demonize her, so I’m still struggling with processing it and idk what to do. I’ve been looking into therapy, but I can only do online which leaves me hesitant. Breakup etiquette- we broke up and I was supposed to go to his relatives’s wedding in a couple of weeks. I know the couple, not super well, but have hung out and texted individually as well. Should I let them know I won’t be attending and wish them well or don’t reach out to them?

This is a question about friendships. Two friends got into a really bad fight this past weekend. They have each asked me to hang out this weekend. What do I do? I don’t want to have to choose sides. One is a friend I’ve known a little longer and has been a good friend and so she would feel betrayed and angry if she knew I were still friends with her now-enemy. The other I’ve known less longer, but we seem more compatible. Advice??
