Working at s&p since past 3.5 years, joined here after my graduation. Currently at GL 9 as a Product Manager with base pay 14lpa. Recently I got to know an engineer from my scrum team with 6 years of experience earns 23LPA apparently.

My genuine question is - Am I underpaid for the role that I am in? If yes, how much should I ideally be earning?
