Would you leave a role at Accenture for OpenAI, Google DeepMind or Anthropic?

Anyone in transactions advisory at Deloitte, KPMG, PWC or Valuation at Duff & Phelps? Would like to understand the culture there. EY is not working for me.

I have an offer in PE VP role in Citco and JPM and I am at cross road on which is one to company to choose. Their pay is very similar but JPM is offering an attractive signing on bonus. I need a honest advise on which is better between these two firms.

Management consultant evaluating an offer from Google’s Go-to-market team (Strategy & Operations) in India. Two questions:
1. Given it’s an internal consulting role, are the hours equally bad / worse than consulting firms?
2. Is it virtually impossible to move to a product ladder after spending 1-2 yrs in the role?

I had very positive feedback on my interviews for a S&O role but the team hired someone internally. If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews. I’ve been on the bench with less than 10% utilization for 3wks now. I’m a first year and the past month has been slower with not many new projects coming in. I do see a few new projects come in every week but I’m not getting staffed on them. Should I be worried? Should I ask my PM if I should be worried? We’re in a pretty small group less than 20 people

Moved to industry recently. I used to feel super guilty and anxious if I stepped away from my computer even for a bit. I had a micromanager prior to my current job which I think is why I still feel guilty if I’m not always online. Even for stepping away for lunch, I make sure I’m always checking my teams app on my phone in case something pops up. But they don’t, because people value their WLB here. How do I stop feeling so anxious or guilty whenever I take some time for myself?
