Hi Guys,
Do Amex provide relocation expenses ?
DM or reply if interested

Hello everyone!
Can anyone please explain the promotion process followed here and specially at LCCI? If there's any minimum criteria like X no of years in a particular level, etc. followed while checking eligibility of an employee?
And also - what's the hike/increment range usually at the time of promotion?
Eli Lilly and Company.
Any leads would be highly helpful.
Thank you!
Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

Given the political climate, you couldn’t pay me to live in Florida, so…
Ohio
Never been to Miami, but if the humidity is as bad there as it is in other parts of the state, I'd definitely pick Columbus.
Also Ohio's bad weather is mild by comparison. Midwest is best!
Columbus is cheaper but Miami is more fun. It depends on your goals, the difference in cost of living could supplement a house down payment in Columbus in a few years but you could also have the time of your life in Miami for a few years.
Columbus is cheaper and Miami is more fun. If you looking to save money and take occasional trips to Miami for the fun, I’ll say that’s the best idea.
You’re young enough to enjoy Miami for a few more years but once you get into your mid-30s the shine will likely have completely worn off. Vapid city, lower quality of everything (work, people, morals, etc.) and expensive. For context, I’ve been here for 11 years and plan to leave next year. All my close friends left years ago.
Miami - I don’t know anything about Columbus.
Columbus because it's a capital city so more economically stable.
28 I say Columbus. Lower cost of living and can set up investments with less expenses
Are you single?
I would say Miami don’t know much about it but me living in Columbus the cost of living is very high and trying to find housing is expensive for someone like me in my 20s not in there career job yet. It is very challenging.
The cost of living in Miami is higher than Columbus...
