I'd have one direct conversation with your boss first. Butter them up talking about how flattered you are by the extra responsibilities, then shift the conversation toward bringing your pay up to match the new workload. Their response should tell you everything you need to know. If they don't look like they're going to do anything about it, start looking for another job.
I’ve been in a similar position. It’s tough when responsibilities increase without a pay rise. I might lean towards seeking new opportunities for better compensation. It’s important to feel valued!
