Hi, I am dotnet/angular developer with 11 years of work experience. I am looking for a job in UK/US/CANADA.

I have an approved I-140 and am now moving cities with the same employer (PwC). I was under the assumption that only a new PERM needs to be filed. Do we also need another I-140? PwC makes us pay $3500 for I-140 premium processing does this mean that fees needs to be repaid?
