Would you stay at a company with a toxic work environment with a great pay or a friendly work environment with a terrible pay? I would gladly pick a peaceful environment to work in with bad pay. My peace is everything to me right now.

How terrible is the pay exactly? I would say I need a peaceful environment to really be able to get any work done. Sometimes lower pay is worth it.

I would say that the pay is enough to live by as a single person in this economy. Roughly around 40k a year. But I value my peace before working at any toxic workplace. No matter how much they pay. It’s never worth it to me.

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.

Highly confused.
