How much time Mindtree take to release offer letter? I am waiting from last 2 weeks or more. On their candidate portal it is showing Shortlisted, however no offer letter . I have called the HR 2-3 times in past 5 days, however HR doesnt pick up my calls.
Below is the email i received from Mindtree, a week ago.

When will google hiring resume?
I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. I’ve accepted the offer but trying to be hopeful that I could make it more equitable in the future if I perform well. Worth noting that the obnoxious trendiness of the term "strategy" on a job title has unfortunately hit Google too; "Strategist" can mean anything from small business ad sales to technical project management. The term is just too general to know what team in Google this might be.

Congrats on your final rd of interviews! I’m surprised that none of the interviewers shared any details about the actual projects / focus / examples of the customer acquisition they are doing. You had an opportunity to ask these questions directly to interviewers, right? (assuming you already had chats with a recruiter, at least 2-3 members of the direct team, and 1 cross-functional role - which is a standard interview panel)
From my experience, “customer acquisition” means sales reps finding new accounts that have not previous advertised on Google properties (including YouTube, Google Display Ads, etc). Conversely, there are other sales teams who work on Large Customer accounts, or Channel Sales partnerships, or SMB accounts, etc.
If this is right, this BizOps role likely supports Strategy & Ops for the “customers acquisition” sales team within the SMB accounts sales division - also called Google Customer Solutions (GCS).
Have the official lines of course but would value insider insights
The original email said business strategy & operations. It sounds like part of the customer acquisitions and sales org though, I don't think it's the smaller BizOps unit of ~80
Yea it sounds like the business org (GBO) although even within that there are a couple separate StratOps orgs like Global Business Strategy (sales), gTech StratOps (support) and some others
Thanks for clarifications, yes way too many strategy titles these days with minimal strategy. This role appears to be for developing a coordinated global strategy for the Global Customer solutions team. The sales team, right?
