My assessment went over 10mins and so my interviewers and I didn’t have a chance to exchange much, but I did make an effort to ask if they still have some time and asked more questions related to the role. Who else here feels like the entire restaurant industry deserves an overhaul? We rely on tips because it's basically assumed that everyone will tip, but in reality there are people who tip very little or just don't at all. Some days I'll make around $200 and other days only $50 and it's really not stable at all.
