I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google
Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

Agreed. I would gladly accept an offer from JLL again. They Agreed to all severance, made huge pushes to try and redeploy as many people as possible on other accounts, paid out bonuses, helped transition as many as possible to CBRE for those who wanted to stay with the client. Loosing a global RFP while being the primary contract holder is a hard position for a company, attempting a 100% redeployment rate to either another account or to the new contract holder speaks for itself in their professionalism.

I would probably never come back unless it is for my own survival this time.
I would consider working at the company that laid me off again under the right circumstances. But they gave us a severance and dignity, like you mentioned. If they had just locked me out of the building, I would probably never return.
I was laid off from a company once and I would have considered working there again. I didn't take it personally, and the way they handled things weren't over the line. I haven't worked there again, but if something came along I might consider it. Layoffs have just become part of life, it seems, it can happen to anyone and even organizations we think are secure may not be.

From what I can tell, no mater how they lay you off, right now, any company can find a replacement. Personally I would since it’s so tough to find a job. I would come back.

Couldn’t agree more. Many around me were affected by layoffs and from what I’m hearing there is a huge difference between some of these companies
