ZS should just get done with the CO(layoffs) in a single phase like other companies instead of stretching it for weeks and months.

It is creating a lot of anxiety and stress for the employees and the lack of transparency on the basis for CO is definitely not helping

we thought it was performance based and mostly for new hires but with recently promoted people and people with good reviews getting fired that doesn't seem to be the case

Any rationale behind ZS stretching it for so long?

ZS is always notorious for being least transparent about comp and firing people. Its like their leadership act like kids when it comes to these things and has no clue what other firms in the world are doing. Same thing happened with post covid RTO comms - too much panick and one sided mindset.

Bcoz ZS leadership wants to be in good book. If they CO(read fire) large number of folks at one go, it will tarnish the image of the firm in the market.. so they have devised an idea to CO people slowly slowly. Started in last November and continuing...

I don't think they are fooling anyone by doing this, news will eventually spread and if anything i think this is worse because the people getting CO'd will spread negative stuff about ZS. And all this anxiety and stress is making the employees hate the leadership and ZS as a company

People are getting CO'D left right and center. So many of contractors are out.

I’m a solar electrician at sunrun. I focus mainly on energy storage systems such as Tesla batteries. Currently making 93k a year with Lots of OT that push me into 150k a year. I have joined Accenture as fresher at Level 11 in August 2021.
After 2-3 months I finally got a project in AWS IoT Domain.
