Any ideas on the pay range for the US Regional Meetings Lead Amgen? I’ve been agency based for quite a long time. I have worked with Amgen previously, currently serving another pharma, but looking to make the leap to the client side. Trying to see if the pay would be worth it at this juncture.

It depends on if there is an offshore team. Offshore team means worse company culture, cohesiveness, hours, and pay. And your clients know this. You are not seen as a thought partner but rather a cheap shop for doing slop work they don’t feel like doing. This is unfortunately true for most (but not all) corners at ZS.
I have a friend at Ambit. There is a small offshore presence (if at all). The people are therefore smarter, culture is better. And you have better relationships with your clients and teammates. It makes for an all round better experience.
Ps I know this bc I left for SKP and it has been a night and day difference for this very reason
I can confirm what other former Ambit staff has shared. Apparently people at the P and EL level haven’t gotten raises since earl 2024, bonuses were delayed last year. Culture is very bad. There isn’t an offshore team, and no training for new joiners. Hours are close to 60 every week.

Former Ambit EM, wouldn’t recommend it honestly. Company is going through some financial issues and is bleeding staff. Culture isn’t what it used to be and the work life balance is much worse than other firms I’ve been at. They have great sales pitch but the upward mobility is limited despite what they say, and they don’t give out raises unless you’re promoted. Would definitely say ZS is a better move
Happy to chat if you have other questions. But yeah, essentially they took all the bad practices from CRA and amplified it, as well as removing anyone that pushed back at the senior leadership level. ZS or GH are much better options in my opinion
