My boss makes jokes about me being from a different country whenever there is a work meeting or a gathering with coworkers, even though he knows where I am from. This usually occurs when I meet new work-related people or for example if I am in a situation that involves ethnic related subjects.

What is this? This is normal?

2012 Sr Associate. Left my firm in February after being recruited by a partner I used to work for, and it turns out I’m not very happy. Difficult people, terrible schedule and ruined vacations so far. A partner at my old firm in another group has asked if I would come back to work for just him. 1) what is realistic price ballpark from an AD (I’m not in a hurry)
