I lived here for 3.5 years & I loved it. It’s a very quiet street of condos with mostly young professionals & their dogs. The view from the balcony is 6 acres of grounds

Because of the way the building is shaped, you only share part of a wall (in the primary bedroom) with a neighbor. The rest of the unit’s walls are neighbor-less so it’s extra quiet.
