Run. They went to micro-management.
Cant speak highly enough of NOT WORKING with that laughable company
They just did mass layoffs, "spring cleaning" so you should be good to go! Prior to that they had just did mass layoffs in November...They are a good company if you make it past the layoffs.
Yep... this is a seemingly annual occurrence. They also can't seem to stick to a strategy long enough to implement it.
Horrible place to work...
They talk a good game about caring for thier staff. But in reality they treat u like expendavle cattle.
Yes mass layoffs are present. But they have massive turnover anyway.
When i joined they hired two teams of 10... by 12 months later 13 of us had quit.. including me
I worked there for over 8 years and enjoyed it. During that period there was only one instance of "mass layoffs" and many of those got rehired. Most of the people I worked with were nice. There were some bad apples (there will always be some in any organization.) But the company, as a whole, is NOT toxic.
Also, it's a European company so the PTO policy is wonderful.
They just moved to a beautiful new office in the mass timber building at PCM
But will not raise salaries
You don’t want to work for sage. Pay and bonuses are stifled by upper management and it’s a company that is toxic but wants to portray that it’s nice. What matters is the outside, not the inside.
I used to work in Sage UK. It was one of the best places I've ever worked in. Amazing and kind people and great atmosphere.
Why did you leave?
