*A shot in the dark* I have 2 YOE as an AE and 2 YOE as a AM/CSM. I’ve worked with SMB and Enterprise accounts and have held books of business up to $2M. Anyone able to provide a referral to their company? (Would prefer remote but willing to go to the office as long as it’s a reasonable commute.) Even if you have a lead for organizations hiring that would be beyond helpful.

Hi SpEd Teachers, is anyone else facing EXTREME staff shortages as a result of state funding? We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more. I've lost 70+ hrs/week of para hours over the past few years and my students are really suffering. This leaves our district open to lawsuits, but the real problem is the state's education budget. What can we do?? This isn't going to fix itself.

Hi I have a question. I have been in media for television and radio for 20 years. I am looking to pivot to tech and I have an interview next Friday with a recruiter. It is for an executive broadcast booker position at Meta. There is no salary listed for this position or no previous salary history on glassdoor. I did find a salary listing but for Colorado and the minimum is 217,000. If I am questioned about what am my salary expectations; if i said 28000 is that too much & will that scare them.
