I'm planning to leave education for good because my new principal has made the job unbearable. I have some interviews lined up, but this experience has been so draining, and I need to focus on my well-being. Earning $40k a year with a master's degree just doesn't cut it for me, and I feel so unfulfilled in teaching. Has anyone here successfully made the transition from teaching to a different career?

I just graduated and landed a first-grade teaching job, which I’m really excited about! But here’s my worry: I’ve always looked younger than I am (people often guess I’m 18 or even 16, and I’m about to turn 25!). While I know these looks will be a blessing down the road, I’m concerned about how parents and coworkers will see me and whether they’ll take me seriously. Does anyone have any advice or think I’m just overthinking it?

I’m applying for new jobs every day, but nothing seems to be working out. Maybe it's because of the holidays? Regardless, I’m working on another degree, but it’ll take me another year to finish, and I’m feeling so stuck. I can’t afford to take a big pay cut, but my current job is draining me. How do you keep going when you’re this exhausted and overwhelmed?
