I wanted to relocate to some place warm, that has no problem with paying their staff. I am well rounded and have a lot of knowledge and experience. Any tips or suggestions.

Pay for teachers in Arizona is so awful 😭. I always wanted to teach in my local community but frankly I can't afford it. I want to move to another state where comp is better but I'm not positive where. What do you make & where are you located? For context I'm a 3rd year 2nd grade teacher.
