I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

You must indulge yourself. Don’t burn out with the commute; book yourself a bed and breakfast close to work once a month for a short commute. Place fresh flowers in the classroom
Children are such a reward..my advice is you can only determine what to study for your masters but get recertified by going towards your masters in education or another area and maybe work with older kids as it may be less tiring.
I actually never regret my degree in education because my husband and I were not able to have kids. I love working with children creatively.
Maybe look at museums or parks.
They often have educational programs. Still get to teach kids without the stress of grades or parents.
I think you should bust your butt in your 20s when you're young and energetic so that you can enjoy your 40s, 50s, 60s, etc, but that's just me. Maybe the job really is overwhelming, maybe it isn't. Not everyone's situation is the same. Whether it's the right gig for you or not, however, is completely up to you.

Try to find ways to make your school life easier. I remember those early days about 30 years ago. I tend to help new teachers with some friendly advice about how to not take work home, leave things you can't get done for another day, and only work on school stuff during your contract time. It is tough to think this way as a new teacher but it will help keep away burnout. You have to remember that you are only paid to work during your contract time and not a minute before or after and find things you like to do when you are at home. If your school system does not give you enough prep time during each day to get work done then maybe talk to your union reps, if you are in a school system that has NEA or AFT union.
We have 15 minutes before and after school (total of 30 minutes each day). Additionally, we have about 45 minutes two times per week. It doesn’t feel like we have that much time though… it takes me at least an hour to grade one writing assignment and write comments.
Start studying for the PMP, Project Management Professional, certification exam. You need a bachelor degree, 3 years of teaching experience, and proof you completed a 35 hour course for the PMP exam to get approved to take the exam. Make sure to write your teaching experiences as project management experiences using as much project management verbiage as necessary to get approved for the exam. This certification does not have to be used to get a PM job, but can be used to transition from education to corporate. Yassine Touni is an approved instructor for the PMP exam. You can find his courses on Udemy.

I hear you. Your 20s should feel exciting, not overwhelming. You might love working in corporate training or HR since it’s people-focused and draws on your teaching skills but with better hours.
