Looking for some advice…I’ve been told that transitioning to L&D should be “easy“ given my experience and skills (résumé posted for reference - note that I adapt it per position). I have tried applying for specialist to Director positions but I’m not having much luck. Any suggestions on position type and level that I should be focused on.
