Need some benchmarks: What would average/good survey results be for a leadership skills class (instructor-led)? We ask for the participant’s experience (did you like it, would you recommend, etc.), and also send an impact survey out 2 months later to their manager (have you seen positive behavior changes since training). Our experience survey is at 92% positive and impact to behaviors is at 83% positive. Anything I can compare to in order to share the story with leadership?

This doesn’t help you now, but for your next one… send a survey to their managers prior to the training, give them some otj activities to apply, then survey the managers again. Those bookend survey results will serve as your metrics (hopefully trending positive of course!)

In my experience the most effective surveys are the ones that don’t appear to be surveys at first glance. We use Nomadic Learning to embed surveys/polls into learning so we can have continuous measurement or assessment before/during/after the learning

Running pre and post 360 feedback surveys so the feedback comes from various people rather than just their managers. Run this at the start of the programme and then circa 6 months post.

360 feedback surveys can work but depending on the audience microsoft office forms are very customizable and provide instant reporting feedback.

My LWD is 18th July and I chose vendor pickup for my assets(expected pickup is 10th July).

I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..

Started as a BDR and got moved into partnerships within the same org. Comp was initially 75k CAD with OTE 120K CAD. I applied for a Director Learning and Development (L&D) role at McKinsey about a month ago via a referral. About a week ago, my McKinsey employee (who referred me) received an automated email saying that I had moved to the pre-screening process of the recruitment process and that I'll hear from the recruiter shortly.

I’m noticing that a lot of recent graduates at my job don’t know many basic computer skills (ie. Copy and paste short cuts or how to use the Microsoft Suite at all). I’ve been tasked with creating trainings to teach them these skills but it’s concerning to see how this new generation is starting to lack these assets. What happened?
