Hi there- I have a couple questions I’d love some insight on. What is a typical salary range for an associate dir or dir of learning & dev in NYC?

I just graduated with my PsyD in school psych & several years experience in education, clinical psych & also as an admin/EA at a marketing firm HQ but am planning on interviewing for learning & dev roles. Total burnout in education and mental health fields. Could this be an obtainable entry point level/role given my career snapshot above? Thanks!

I’m noticing that a lot of recent graduates at my job don’t know many basic computer skills (ie. Copy and paste short cuts or how to use the Microsoft Suite at all). Hi everyone, I have a question about job transition. I want to transition into sales training. I have 9 YOE in sales account mgt and created some really effective trainings my office used and loved. After that I got 2 yrs in curriculum development elsewhere. 

I want to move into a sales training role that will take into consideration my sales experience? Don't want to start from scratch. What job titles should I be looking for?

I am currently an HR professinal of 3 years with past background as a teacher/advisor in higher ed. Workday as a LMS? I’m skeptical but my firm pushing in the “one stop shop” direction with an HRIS.

Need some benchmarks: What would average/good survey results be for a leadership skills class (instructor-led)? We ask for the participant’s experience (did you like it, would you recommend, etc.), and also send an impact survey out 2 months later to their manager (have you seen positive behavior changes since training). Our experience survey is at 92% positive and impact to behaviors is at 83% positive. Anything I can compare to in order to share the story with leadership?
