Anyone have a hard time at basic and realizing that it was absolutely not realistic/way harder than being deployed?

How did you know your wing of military was right for you?

How do you maintain your fitness? Do you work out at a gym? Some of our guys spend like hours working out in their free time and I'm thinking I should probably get on board at least some.
