A girl was in a love triangle with two guys. One was married, the other had a girlfriend. One day we got our barracks raided and they found all the love letters between them. During chow the Drill Sergeants called little trio to attention and had another soldier read all the letters out loud for everyone to hear. Afterwards, they all had to call their spouse/boyfriend/girlfriends and tell them what happened.
Had one guy tear his pectoral muscle from doing push-ups incorrectly, told him several times that his form was off and he would get an injury. Worst muscle tear I’ve seen in my life.

Military boot camp is a time that many people remember fondly, regardless of the difficulty they encountered while they were there. Some of the most common memories of boot camp include the camaraderie of the fellow recruits, the sense of accomplishment after completing a difficult challenge, and the mental and physical strength gained during the experience
Other fond memories include the pride of receiving a uniform, the pride of taking part in drills, the feeling of being part of a larger unit or organization, the sense of patriotism, and the feeling of becoming a better person.
