Last week of maternity leave. Sigh.

Stay at current job where I can leave at 5 every day and wfh 1 day a week, but the work is not challenging, or take a new gig that’s probably more hours and less time with my kid, but I’ll grow?

Is there an industry community for agency mothers to connect? Curious to hear what resources you use & communities you‘re part of. Or does your agency have their own mother groups to support you?

3rd pitch in three weeks. Last one over Mother’s Day weekend. Anyone else finds this plain cruel? Second pitch included 2 all-nighters.

Received a job offer to go client side the day I found out I am pregnant again. I know I qualify for mat leave, but am unsure if I tell them before I start. I have a history of first trimester loss.

Any of you think about as a Mom what advertising does to our kids? No answer here .. just wanting your thoughts cause I do struggle with it.

Pumping and pitching: is it even possible?! Spent yesterday running from home to airport to pitch to airport to home and was barely able to squeeze in five minute pump sessions.

I mentioned during the interview process that I had a young daughter and the conversation immediately went to “you saw this position requires 25% travel, right?” I should’ve never said anything. 😔
