Hi! My peloton is arriving tomorrow and it’s motivated me to stick with a routine and eat healthier given how much that thing costs 😅. I’ve never done pre/post workout shakes before. Does anyone have any recommendations on which protein powders to look into and when to drink the shakes? And also like what to mix with it? Thanks in advance!

Losing hair really badly!!! :( I dont know if its the thyroid meds or just pregnancy. I'm currently 13 weeks. Any recommendations? I'm doing the hair oil stuff but that will take time.

Need your inputs, I have experience in Java Automation for past 2 years.. now my yet join company is using Ruby for Automation. Not a big deal in learning about ruby. Only worried about that if I continue here, in process of learning ruby I might have unlearn java. Am I the only one whose time entries get worse the busier and more chaotic a specific case is? Like for example preparation for a dispositive hearing with a lot of factual and legal issues that’s treated like a fire drill. Is it a waste of time to try and make a move to big law with such few years of experience?
